Registration

Our service requires you to acquire an account made by Masters of Media. You will have to contact Masters of Media for information about yourself and company before we grant you access.

For this purpose, we use your name and address details, email address, nickname and IP address. We need this data because of our agreement with you. We store this information for twelve months after you have closed your account. We will retain this data so that you do not have to re-enter it every time you visit our website, and in order to contact you in connection with the execution of the agreement, invoicing and payment, and to provide an overview of the products and services you have purchased from us. 

Access to portal

Within our portal, you can access a management environment where you can set, specify and change settings. We will keep track of your activities for proof.

For this purpose, we use your

  • nickname,
  • IP address,
  • First name
  • Surname.

We need this data because of our agreement with you and/or to be able to devlier the functionality of our websites and apps. We store this information for six months after our services to you have ended.

Any questions, problems or any other contact will be done directly through Masters of Media. Either through mail, calls or any other contact system Masters of Media are available on.

Statistics and profiling

We keep statistics on the use of our website. These statistics help us to, for example, only show you information that is relevant to you. We may combine personal data to get to know more about you.   • The access token from your OAuth authentication

No more data is stored and only these values are used to provide our services.

Using your Meta User data (Facebook, Instagram)

Our website will store the following data from your Meta user account:

  • The name of your Facebook and/or instagram account
  • The access token from your OAuth authentication

No more data is stored and only these values are used to provide our services.

Providing data to third parties

Except for the parties necessary to deliver the above mentioned services, we do not under any circumstance provide your personal data to other companies or organisations, unless we are required to do so by law (for example, when the police demands access to personal data in case of a suspected crime).  

Cookies

Our websites make use of cookies. Cookies are small files in which we can store information, so that you do not have to fill in that information again. We can also use them to see whether you are visiting us again.

You can disable the use of cookies through your browser setting, but some parts of our website may not work properly as a result of that.
